8240 Combine repairs

2022:

1. Engine harness/fuel gauge harness replaced

2021:

1. Feeder chain replace

2. Feeder chain upper shaft bearings replaced

3. Alternator & belt replaced 4. Both upper chaffer sieves replaced

5. Cab and engine air filters replaced

6. Front threshing elements replaced

7. Rear rotor bars (long) replaced

8. Bearings on clean grain lower auger replaced

9. Fuel hard plastic lines on filter housing to pump replaced

10. Changed all the gearbox oils

2020:

1. Fan belt tensioner replaced with updated unit, believe fan hub also replaced

2. Fan belt replaced

3. Ac belt replaced

4. Chopper blades rotating & stationary replaced

5. Cab & engine air filters replaced 6. New sensors & harness on hopper extension folding

7. New led light on unload auger 8. Rebuilt gearbox on feeder house

9. New fan housing on rotary screen cleaning arm

2019:

1. Replaced lower gearbox & vertical unload auger

2. Replaced main fuel line from fuel tank to engine 3. Replaced DEF module

4. Replaced fan belt 5. Pulled rotor and replaced splined coupler on rear of rotor

6. Replaced bearings on Rethresher 7. Concaves replaced

8. Concave adjusting motor replaced 9. Replaced pressure sensor in feeder house gearbox

10. Replaced sensor feeder house position 11. Fuel tank vent replaced

Through Titan's shop when I purchased it: New rotor cage, Transition cone, feeder chain, clean gain elevator chain, 1
