This 1977 John Deere 4630 is just in on consignment! Single owner who is retiring from farming. Purchased brand new at a local dealership and has stayed in the area it's entire life. 8901 hours. This tractor features a quad range transmission, front light kit, as well as a spare 60-gal fuel tank. This tractor has also been updated from a 6v battery system to a 12v battery system to mitigate the hard starting issue that this series is known for. Our consignor states that this has made a huge difference when it comes to cold weather starting. Radiator has been replaced in the last 2 years and some of the hydraulic system was updated at that time as well. Air conditioning and heat both work great. Cab kit has been updated and has been maintained very well. Good rubber on the tires. This tractor comes from a no-till farm, so it hasn't been heavily worked.
