Medlin Equipment is happy to offer up this 2004 TG 285 New Holland that was a recent trade in to us for a new Small Frame Steiger. This unit has belonged to Our customer for many years and he used it in his Wheat/Soybean/Corn operation as a Planter and Drill Tractor. It Has the Popular Super Steer Option which allowed it to make those tight turns when your on 30 rows. It has been shedded and has good history. The tractor had the classic Fuel Pump issues when it was traded into us and was starting to develop some engine issues. We made our trade to get him into a Red Machine then made the decision to put a new Reman Engine in it from Case (same engine as the Case MX285). We also installed a new Fuel pump into the tractor while it was in the Shop. We can send the Repair Bill that includes an Engine/Pump and a complete service and checkover. That bill is in the 40k range but this tractor was too desirable not to do this. With replacement cost of a unit today in excess of 250k and the fact that you dont have all the emissions to deal with we feel this is a great option for many folks that may not need all of that fancy Hydraulic and Electrical stuff. Also after clean up we elected to install 8 tires on it that were unused to really make it a desirable unit for its next owner. The Tractor comes with engine and fuel pump warranty one year from the date of the closing of the Shop ticket so you can buy with confidence.
