Has A/C, heat and radio. Lights and flashers work. Rear tires 18.4x30 radial's at 95%. Front tires 9.5L-15 at 40%. Comes mounted with Tiger 6ft side mounted flail mower. Has front mounted hydraulic pump and reservoir. Also has rear 3 point mounted Diamond flail mower. Rear mower measures 8 1/2ft. Both mowers work good.
