We traded this tractor in from a local farm that was updating to a newer tractor. The brakes do not function properly. The previous owner said that the brakes has its own oil reservoir and the oil leaks and therefore the brakes will not hold. When is came in the left brake went to the floor and did not hold at all, the right brake went down about 3/4 of the way and held, however we expect that oil to leak out and the left brake to not hold as well. The engine started fairly easily in 70 degree temps but need starting fluid when much cooler then that, either we are missing a heater or it starts hard. The 3 point will not move unless Pto is on. The tractor is being offered AS-IS and we do not have to do inspections or repairs on it. FIRST RESONABLE OFFER TAKES IT!
